This project intends to select a service unit to provide parking management services for the Sanlin Old Street area to the purchaser. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details) 合同履約期限：本項目服務(wù)期限為12個月，具體以合同簽訂日期為準。 The Contract Period:The service period of this project is 12 months, subject to the date of contract signing. 本項目（否）接受聯(lián)合體投標。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available.
二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目是專門面向小微企業(yè)采購，評審時中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement reserved share measures to increase the participation of SMEs in government procurement, supporting SME policies: This project is specifically targeted at micro enterprises, with no price discount policies applied during evaluation for products offered by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). (2) Support for welfare units for the disabled, treating them equivalently to micro enterprises, to foster their participation in government procurement. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(III) Must be a legally established corporation or other recognized non-corporate organization within China. (i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
