The main content of this project is to discover, report, handle, verify and cooperate with relevant law enforcement teams to carry out joint disposal of urban comprehensive management issues in the rural areas of Caolu Town. 二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專(zhuān)門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and during the evaluation process, no price discounts will be implemented for their products. (2) Welfare units for disabled people and treat them as small and micro enterprises. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Having a valid Security Service License issued by the public security department; (5) This project does not allow subcontracting.
