Meeting rooms 510 and 710 of Shanghai Pudong Office Center are important meeting venues, and the stable operation of their internal conference system equipment is very important for the smooth development of various meetings. In order to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the entire conference system, the project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services for the high-definition video conference system and local equipment in the conference room through an open way. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements). 合同履約期限：本項目預算金額所涵蓋的服務期限為2025年01月01日至2025年12月31日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務商繼續履行服務，如本次成交供應商非原服務商，則新成交供應商按照成交價折算支付給原服務單位相應的服務費用，費用按成交總價/365*原單位服務天數計算。 The Contract Period: The period of service covered by the budget amount of this project is from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025.
